Head of Trading Desks
50-60K Basic with superb commission structure, London. RTB, Video, Social.
The Company
This is an opportunity to work for a market leading, constantly growing, global in-content advertising technology company. Their platform allows adverts to be placed in front of the perfect audience using contextual targeting. They carry Display and Product adverts and they trade programmatically across Mobile, Social, Video and Apps.
The Role
This is a pivotal role within the London office. The supply side of the business is being very successful and they now need to build and upscale their demand side. The role of the Head of Trading Desks will include:
- Identify, pitch, negotiate and close sales deals with key agency trading desks and advertisers
- Creating a strategy to grow a sales team beneath you
- Developing strong and mutually valuable relationships with advertisers
- Working closely with management/product teams to get products specified and built
- Manage pipeline with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Ongoing account management to ensure high client satisfaction, renewal and seeking opportunities to win incremental business
Skills & Attributes
- Proven track record of closing deals with Agency Trading Desks and or Agencies.
- Thorough understanding of the programmatic market place
- Ability to close deals with senior industry contacts
- International experience preferred
