DACH German Speaking Account Manager (Ad Technology Platform)

The Role:

The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting existing clients with their daily needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful planning, creation, trafficking and analysis of cross-screen HTML5 campaigns. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring clients are trained to deliver mobile and cross-screen HTML5 campaigns
• Keep clients up-to-date with new product developments
• Manage day-to-day interaction with clients
• Regular travel to Germany
• Regular communication across your clients’ teams
• Assist clients with campaign questions and guidance on campaign launch process
• Produce ad hoc reports and analysis

Skills & Experience

• Excellent customer facing and analysis skills
• Experience working closely with or within agencies
• 2+ years Client Services / Account Management experience in an advertising technology company, media agency or publisher
• Highly organised and analytical personality
• BA/BS preferred with strong academic achievement
• Basic understanding of HTML5
• Experience of mobile ad trafficking
• Familiar with ad serving platforms such as DFA, Sizmek and Atlas
• Fluency in German

Remuneration: £36-45k Base Salary + £5k Bonus + Full Benefits Package
